Zimbabwe on high alert as Foot-and-Mouth Disease threat spreads across region.

In today’s bulletin, Zimbabwe is on high alert for Foot-and-mouth disease as outbreaks spread across southern Africa, including a dangerous strain in nearby countries. Kenya will pardon citizens who were recruited to fight for Russia in Ukraine, even though joining foreign armies is illegal. Around 252 Kenyans were reportedly misled with job offers and ended up on the front lines, and Russia has agreed to stop recruiting them.

At CITE, we tell the stories that others overlook, ZPRA Liberation Archives, the DRC War, and the voices that shaped our nation. These aren’t just history, they’re our truth. And we believe everyone deserves access. No paywalls. No silence.
