Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) has said at least 5,310,734 people have been registered as voters for the upcoming harmonised elections to be held on or before August 2018.The Bio metric Voter Registration (BVR) voter exercise recorded 73 percent success, against a projected 7,224,129 voters.
