In todays bulletin, Bulawayo City Council is drafting a policy to ban the breeding of dangerous dog breeds, including pit bulls, after a surge in dog attacks and rabies cases that left one person dead. A former DJ, Sudan Gurung, and his little-known non-profit Hami Nepal used Discord and Instagram to rally massive youth-led protests in Nepal, ultimately forcing Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli to resign.
