Bulawayo loses 42% of treated water to ageing infrastructure, officials say

Kenya’s High Court has officially rejected a petition by a Rastafarian group seeking to legalize marijuana for religious use. The court ruled that the group failed to prove that the country’s current drug laws violate their constitutional right to freedom of religion.
