Request for quotations/ Tender notice: Supply of video equipment

Centre for Innovation and Technology (CITE) invites suitably qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of video and digital media production equipment.

1. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Suppliers are invited to quote for the following equipment:

• Lumix GH5 camera (x1)
• Lumix lenses 12-60mm (x1)
• Lumix lenses 24-70mm .2.8 (x1)

Suppliers may quote for individual items or the complete list. If quoting for specific items only, clearly indicate this.

2. SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS

Interested suppliers should:

• Be a legally registered business in Zimbabwe;
• Have demonstrable experience in supplying video, audiovisual or digital media equipment;
• Provide details of previous relevant supplies or client references;
• Supply new, genuine and unused equipment;
• Provide applicable manufacturer or supplier warranties;
• Provide after-sales technical support;
• Clearly state the make, model and specifications of each item quoted.

3. QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS

Quotations should include:

• Supplier/company name and physical address;
• Contact person, telephone number and email address;
• Company registration documents;
• Detailed description, make and model of each item;
• Quantity and unit price;
• Total price, including applicable taxes;
• Quotation validity period;
• Warranty information;
• Estimated delivery period;
• Delivery charges, where applicable;
• Payment terms;
• Relevant supplier/client references.

Product datasheets or brochures may be attached where available.

4. EVALUATION

Quotations will be evaluated based on:

• Compliance with the required specifications;
• Quality and suitability of the equipment;
• Supplier experience and capacity;
• Warranty and after-sales support;
• Delivery timelines; and
• Price and value for money.

CITE reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in accordance with its procurement procedures.
