Tsholotsho South MP dies

Tsholotsho South Member of Parliament (MP), Zenzo Sibanda has died.

Sibanda succumbed to Covid-19 complications at United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH) on Monday night.

This was revealed by Matabeleland North Provincial Affairs Minister Richard Moyo who said Sibanda’s death will leave a huge gap in the province.

As a province in the ZANU PF party, he worked as a member of the Central Committee, we have really lost as Matabeleland North, as ZANU PF and Government we are mourning with the family,” he said.

“He worked a lot under ZANU PF and as an MP.”

Minister Moyo said the Province is still communicating with the family concerning funeral arrangements.

“We have not met with the family since we received the news in the morning, we are still communicating with Tsholotsho leadership to reach out to the family so that we can get updates,” he said.
