Former cabinet minister and Zanu PF politburo member Simon Khaya Moyo has died.
He was 76.
The former Zimbabwe’s ambassador to South Africa passed on at Mater Dei Hospital in Bulawayo on Sunday.
Moyo was Zanu PF spokesperson had been unwell for some time, was in September replaced by Dr Mike Bimha as acting Secretary for Information and Publicity.
During his tenure in government, he held various ministerial posts including Media, Information and Broadcasting Services Minister.
