MPHOKO HAS NO CASE TO ANSWER: ONLY DEFENDERS OF CORRUPTION ARE BEHIND HIS PERSECUTION

Former vice president Phelekezela Mphoko has no case to answer, only defenders of corruption are behind his persecution. The problem is very personal and unprofessional.
When Mphoko, was Vice-President, he solicited for day old chicks from a well-wisher and friend, Mr. Peter Cunningham, and distributed them to the residents of Mpopoma, in Bulawayo.
He told the residents of Mpopoma, that it was sad that some corrupt people had been appointed as Commissioners in the Zimbabwe Anti- Corruption Commission (ZACC). As such the commission will never be effective because of such characters.
Goodson Nguni, is a fugitive from the law in Eastern Cape, South Africa. He was convicted of fraud and corruption by the courts in the Eastern Cape. He ran away in 1999, to Zambia and then Zimbabwe. There is a warrant of his arrest issued by the South African authorities.
Zimbabwe National Roads Administration (ZINARA), within the context of corruption, is a cash cow. (Nyoni ntsha-ntshaza). As such it must fall within the spheres of influence.
ZACC, had no powers to arrest anybody unless under some dubious circumstances, hence President Mugabe, ordered Vice-President Mphoko to secure the release of Moses Juma, because he had been corruptly arrested.
Albert Mugabe was Chairman of ZINARA.
If one compares cases around that of Mphoko, with huge sums of money that are involved clearly it shows an exposure of the corrupt mind and a vendetta behind his persecution.
