Byo man goes missing

POLICE in Bulawayo are appealing for information that may lead to the whereabouts of a nineteen-year-old man who went missing last Friday in Mazwi village on the outskirts of the city.

Bulawayo police spokesperson Inspector Abednico Ncube told CITE that Mandenkosi Ncube was last seen on July 24.

โ€œWe confirm that we are investigating a case of a missingย person where a 19-year-old Mandlenkosi Ncube went missing,โ€ said Inspector Ncube.

โ€œHe was last seen by his sister on 24 July soon after taking a bath, he is dumb, he cannot speak.

He said anyone with information may contact their nearest police station.

His sister Bettina Makumbe said his brother was last seen in the afternoon.

โ€œWe are looking for our brother we last saw him in the afternoon on Friday, he was wearing a grey trouser and an orange track top,โ€ said Makumbe.

She said her brother was someone who could go around the area and later on return home.

โ€œHe was someone who could go out around the area for some time and come back at home, so we were not that worried on the day we saw him leaving.

โ€œWe have looked for him even in our relatives but he was not someone who could go there aloneโ€ said the sister.

Makumbe appealed to anyone who may have information on his whereabouts to contact the family on 0776092799.
