In today’s bulletin, The UK has provided an additional £500,000 to help vulnerable communities in five Zimbabwean districts prepare for the expected effects of El Niño-related drought. A 65-year-old Rwandan man living in north London, Dr Vincent Brown, has become the first person charged in the UK over offences connected to the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
