In today’s bulletin, Senator Solani Moyo has called for mining companies in Zimbabwe to be required to repair and maintain roads damaged by heavy mineral-hauling trucks. A devastating fire in Bukavu, in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, has killed at least 24 schoolchildren after panic broke out as students tried to escape two schools engulfed by flames.
