Vacancy: Sales Associate
CITE requires the services of a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to support Business Development efforts for one of the leading media outlets in Zimbabwe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Cite Media’s packages.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Cite Media’s offering.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts and close sales deals.
Sales Reporting: Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the department to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to drive sales initiatives forward.
Tech-Savvy: (added advantage) Proficiency in using sales CRM software, email marketing tools, etc
A diploma in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
