Hopelyn Estate unveils 152 more residential stands
Hopelyn Estate, a new residential development located 10 kilometres from Bulawayo city centre along Harare road, has announced the release of 152 more residential stands under its phase two project.
The announcement was made during a press conference held on Wednesday.
Hopelyn Estate is owned by Lynden (Pvt) Ltd and falls under the jurisdiction of Umguza Rural District Council. It is being developed by Henock Ranching (Pvt) Ltd, which has also developed the Hopeville projects.
Hopelyn Estate Head of Marketing Lynne Knight said the new residential stands are an addition to the area and are available from US$24,400 in two sizes: 1200m2 and 3000m2. Payment terms are available.
In addition to residential stands, the Hopelyn Development also includes a commercial stand, health centre stand, primary school stand, local authority stand, police post stand, two crèche stands, and two church stands. Construction of the primary school and health centre is currently underway.
Henock Ranching Development Project Manager Alastair Coulson said the Henock Ranching Land Developments in Bulawayo contribute to the government’s target of providing 220,000 housing units by 2024. Through the servicing and development of these estates in Bulawayo, Henock Ranching will create thousands of jobs in the construction industry.
Coulson also said that in 2024, the developer plans to launch the Hope Estate Housing Project situated along the Airport Road that will generate over 1,000 residential units which will be available for sale during the later part of 2024.
An exclusive lifestyle estate is also planned. This will be the first lifestyle estate in Bulawayo, also located on 58 hectares on the airport road and bordering on the Umguza River. This will be a gated community with all the modern amenities and sporting activities available to the residents.
Hopelyn Design and Construction Manager Timson Chikandiwa urged potential buyers to buy stands at Hopeville, praising the quality of servicing and the type of ground that buyers will be building their houses on. He said that the slope is very good and that buyers get a view of the Harare Road.
